"Nice property. But direction is confusing and local taxi does not know them. Keep taking me to M village instead. "

"Room has utensils, microwave, fridge and induction stove for simple cooking. There’s a washing machine with laundry detergent and drying rack at the balcony. Everything is new and clean. Location is quiet and safe with security guard (non-English speaking though) at the lobby. Access to the room is by digital lock and physical key (my assigned room was in a building named "The Sea"). "하나의 독채 아파트를 사용할 수 있어요. 화장실도 두개고 주방도 엄청 크고 관리도 잘해주십니다. 푸꾸옥 여행가면 샤워 필터는 필수라고 해서 저희도 사용했는데, 다른 날 숙소들에 비해서 필터가 엄청 깨끗한 편이었어요. 건물이 지어진지 얼마안돼서 그런지 수도관이 깨끗한것 같았어요. 그리고 숙소에 있는 패드를 이용해서 야시장, 소나시 해변 등 관광지까지 가는 셔틀을 부를 수 있어 너무 편했어요. 이 셔틀 덕분에 이틀동안 그랩한번도 사용하지 않았네요. 에어컨도 시원하고 호텔 수영장도 좋고 직원분들도 엄청 친절하십니다. 다들 영어도 능통하셔서 의사소통도 편했네요. 엄청 만족하는 숙소예요"

"Nice hotel but would not say it is a 5 star hotel more 4 star. We had the so not disturb sign on but got woken several times one time we were called to sign for a bill from the day before which could of been sorted in the afternoon. Beach is lovely and views aroung sunset are amazing. Really good place to have down time when travelling but limited places for rhe evening apart from food venues at the night market. "

"Pullman Phu Quoc is an immaculate luxury resort in the south of Phu island. I stayed in one of their ocean facing premium rooms on the 8th floor where I enjoyed beautiful sunsets from near the top floor. The room itself had modern amenities and the staff and room service were impeccable. The hotel itself was the same: Beautiful grounds with plenty of pools and a private beach area. There are two restaurants: salt & pepper, which was great, and mad cow, which had excellent staff and views but rather mediocre food, especially for the price. I highly recommend this resort but consider that it is pretty remote, as much of the shopping and entertainment are in Phu city and the north of the island. But there is a free shuttle around the island that stops at the resort and the resort’s shuttle is very accommodating."

"We were looking for a relaxing break on a paradise beach and that's what we got! The Sol is a few minutes from the airport (but noise from the infrequent planes never intruded), has its own private beach and nothing on the plots on either side so it's pretty quiet. The gardens and main pool are gorgeous and there are plenty of cabanas and shade around the pool and the lovely sandy beach. Over the course of a week We never had a problem finding loungers in shade and feel this was a huge plus. We had a pool access room and liked the private patio area and little wading pool there but didtuse it much as there was such easy access and space around the pool. Half board was great value with a good selection of foods at the breakfast buffet and for lunch/dinner there are 3 restaurants to choose from - also a complimentary afternoon cake and cup of tea - the paellas at the Sol restaurant were a welcome change from Vietnamese cuisine in the local town. A special mention to Mr Trong Anh from Customer Experience who solved some internet and toiletries issues on our first day then went out of his way to greet us personally and help out thereafter. We always think that staff make a hotel and he and the restaurant and bar staff were truly welcoming and friendly, we have no hesitation in recommending Sol by Meliá."
