"The host was so accomodating in this property, he made sure that we were fully taken care of all the time. This is my first time staying in this kind of stay so I had to get used to the hard bedding since its pretty much just a blanket on the wooden floor, but that is all a part of the experience. I would say the whole property is beautiful in design, the area is beautiful and great, and I really loved my stay here at Hanok Goeul."

"I appreciate the Swiss theme and decor. However, our room didn’t seemed like it was cleaned well. The bed had a stale odor. There was a dead cockroach in the bathroom and mold in the refrigerator and freezer, which were both turned off. We ended up leaving to another lodging option. "

"Limited dining options within walking distance. Have to take the trash out at the checkout to avoid penalties. Condo has cooking utensils but need to clean afterwards to avoid penalties. Couch cushion has seen the better days. Futon is Korean style and had no cushion. Blanket is too thick for summer. Check in available at the hotel counter across street. "

"The Santorini Water park facilities were really clean and lovely, especially the spa area and small indoor/outdoor pool. Great for kids. The hotel has a mart, coffee shop and pizza pub on site. All were very good. However, Our room was not very clean and the facilities inside the room were very poor. "
