Usually I don't pick a hotel when it is pet friendly since they seem to disappoint me on the cleanliness. This one did NOT disappoint! I did not hear any animals or see a bunch of dog hair everywhere. Breakfast was amazing. Staff was helpful and friendly. The gym and location were great!! We will definitely stay at a home2suites in the future.

All was great! The only reason I’m giving 4 stars for cleanliness, and not 5, is because there were dishes in the dishwasher upon arrival. I believe they were dirty. We did not use dishes during our stay but we did run the dishwasher prior to leaving for the dishes already in the dishwasher. Staff were nice and location was great!

We had a reservation due to evacuating for the Hurricane however, it was canceled by the property owner the morning. We didn't even get a chance to check in. The reservation should have been held until that evening. This was so scary as we didn't have a place to stay.

The facility only cleans rooms every other day. I asked for someone to clean the floor because it was dirty the night we checked in, but because it was late they said the would send someone in the morning. However the next morning when i inquired about the floor getting cleaned and our room; i was told becaus we checked in on a Thursday our room wasnt due to be cleaned until Saturday. I didnt like this at all especially since the hotel had a high volume of pets in the hotel. The furniture had what looked like scratch or bite marks on the furniture as well.

The hotel was way expensive for what it offered at $252 a night . VERY aloud at all time of day and night , not enough staff on, laundry facilities completely not working on a soccer tournament weekend , and on top of all that I was overcharged $75 at checkout.
