LIVING ROOM & KITCHEN The soft tones in the gulf front living room will put you in the beach state of mind. There is a fully equipped kitchen and a dining area that seats 6 people. There is also a breakfast bar that can seat 4. The living room also includes access to the balcony.
BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS This condo participates in our Fresh Bed Program which provides freshly laundered coverlets with each new arrival. These coverlets provide a lightweight and comfortable sleeping experience, no matter the season.
The primary bedroom not only provides comfort in the king size bed but access to the private gulf front balcony. The primary bath has a tub/ shower combo. The 2nd bedroom has a twin-size bed and a set of twin-size bunks. The guest bathroom is a full bath with a tub/ shower combo. This 6th floor condo comfortably sleeps up to 7 people.
PARKING FREE parking - 2 car maximum.

My family had a great time at the Boardwalk. The condo was clean, well-stocked with necessities, and in the perfect location. The beach was never too crowded, the pool area was clean and well kept, and there were many things to do within walking distance.We would definitely stay at the Boardwalk again!
We had a great time. The keyless entry is fantastic. Perfect location, close to everything! I gave a 4 star because there was still a good bit of sand on the floor when we arrived & the keyless entry locked at 9:30 am, not 10:00 like the forms said. Good thing one of us stayed in the condo while the other took a bag to load the car. We would have been locked out of condo with the rest of our luggage inside & been delayed in departing. Otherwise, super glad we stayed here!

Good location and overall comfortable and clean place to stay
Condo is in a great location, good beach access. Room was well kept and clean with ample supplies for our short, 3 day stay. Only complaints had to do with the pullout sofa bed which was incredibly old and very, very uncomfortable. A number of the dishes were also left dirty in the cabinets and needed to be rewashed by hand. Finally, it is a very small parking lot and you have to share parking with sea and aids which means that, after about 5:00 you will need to plan on parking across the street in overflow (which is a little aggravating having paid for a room and parking). Overall, condo is in good condition, serves its purpose well, and is a good deal though.
Nice property, nice location. Easy access to the beach, and all the amenities are right there. Security on property at all times, and the elevators are not congested. The only downfall is that there is no buffer between you and the neighbors in 681! Woke us up out of a dead sleep two nights in a row with every noise you could think of, and throughout the day you can hear them slamming drawers and pulling chairs out from under the table, etc.
I spent this trip with a best friend and sister to catch up on 25 years of not seeing each other. The condo was beautiful and close to everything ! Loved the color scheme! I would rent this unit again
The condo was in a great location close to all things Gulf Shores with a restaurant on the beach next door and a market across the street. No need to go anywhere. The condo was clean and was as pictured. The beds were exceptionally comfortable and our stay was wonderful. I would definitely choose this condo again.
The location was very convenient and the condo is decorated nicely, comfortable beds, and TVs in each room for when the family needed some separation. My only real complaint is that we had to go out and buy dish soap, trash bags, laundry pods, and toilet paper. One trash bag, one dish washer packet, one laundry pack and one trash bag are not enough for a family staying a week.
This was a last minute trip, booked the night before. Great communication with the property manager. The condo is very nice, the furnishings actually are more updated/nicer than the pictures. The view of the gulf is beautiful from this condo’s location. The parking is a little frustrating, I learned to put an orange cone in an empty parking space when we left after 5, hoping when we returned we still had a space and didn’t have to park across the street. It worked 1 time. 4 star rating not 5, because there was still sand on the floors when we arrived, and the parking situation. Anyhow I would definitely stay at this condo again, and use Young’s Suncoast vacation rentals in the future.

Older property. Great beach location
Condo was old but nice. Towels were worn with holes. Not having outside bathrooms by the pool was very inconvenient with kids.
