"Really enjoyed the location of this property. It’s easy to walk anywhere downtown Victoria from here, yet is tucked away in a quiet location. The hotel itself is nicely kept up and rooms are very clean. My only complaint would be it seemed they gave us one of their least desirable rooms because we booked on Expedia. Even though the hotel is large and has many rooms and we were staying in a quiet day (the hotel was not busy) they gave us a room on a low floor with the roof right out the...

"The hotel’s reception and dining staff are exceptionally well-mannered and provide excellent assistance. The breakfast buffet is highly commendable. However, the housekeeping department could improve its efficiency. The noise level during room cleaning is excessive, and the staff’s voices and banging sounds are clearly audible to guests still in the room.They're cleaning the room next to us. It would be beneficial for the housekeeping team to be more considerate of the occupants of other rooms."
