“The place was clean and very spacious! Our unit had 3.5 bathrooms, which was great for the 5 of us. We had our own pool and they gave us beach/pool towels. The resort/complex is beautiful and everything is new and contemporary. I'd definitely stay there again.”

“The villa looks great from the road. The gate is extremely awkward to lock. The place was clean inside and had clean bed wear linen and towels. The pool was quite dirty with debris and the pump and filter didn't work properly the pool was also tatty. The bed broke on the first night, maintenance people came and did a temporary repair job on it. There were no English language stations and surprisingly no welcome pack. “A perfect property for a girls get-together. 10 mins taxi to Albuferia. 5-10 mins walk to nearest beach. A small quiet area with a few restaurants/ amenities. Lovely clean villa, all the essentials (and more) provided. Cristina kindly got us some essential provisions in, for our late arrival, Andreia became our personal taxi driver (recommended by the villa) and what a great asset she was. A superb villa, highly recommended.”

“Casa muito mal limpa, com chão muito sujo já para não falar na varanda. Reclamámos com o proprietário ou seu representante através de fotos e de telefonema , o qual se prontificou a enviar nova equipa para limpeza , o que não aceitámos porque já estávamos a a limpar a casa e nem confiaríamos que a equipa de limpeza fizesse melhor trabalho. Ficou acordado um desconto que "soube" a pouco já que tivemos cerca de 2 horas a limpar a casa. De resto boa localização.”

“Der Aussenbereich war wunderschön, mit zum Teil neuen Liegestühlen und einer neuen Lounge. Der Pool war sauber und gepflegt. Tolle Feuerstelle. Badezimmer unten groß und renoviert. Badezimmer oben hat teilweise nach Kanalisation gerochen. Die alten Wandschränke riechen etwas modrig. In der Küche hatten wir eine neue Filterkaffeemaschine. Teller, Gläser, Tassen, Besteck zusammengewürfelt. Trotz des Messerschleifers, waren die Messer sehr stumpf. Jammern auf hohem Niveau😉. Wir haben den……

“Wir mussten im Vorfeld mehrmals nach dem genauen Standort/ der Adresse fragen. Die Verlinkungen zu den Infos funktionierten nicht. Im Haus waren viele Sachen kaputt. Der Toaster verursachte Stromausfall im ganzen Haus Einige Lampen gingen nicht. Diese beiden Sachen wurden behoben. Blöd war auch, dass die Geschirrspülmaschine während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht richtig funktionierte (wir waren 15 Leute, also viel Geschirr). Wir hatten 2 (!) Geschirrhandtücher und auch zu wenig Handtücher.……

“Didn't spend a lot of time inside the hotel because there are so much to see in Algarve. Rooms are really spacious and clean with a huge balcony. A relaxing stay except the buffet dinner where you have to check in with the receptionist and then queue at a certain area to wait for seating. The next day we spent some more to eat at the Japanese restaurant next door which is good in terms of food and service - but you only get 15 Euro credit……
