Exceptional View
We had a great time staying at the cottage- I would recommend anybody that’s heading to the coast on a couple retreat to stay at the cottage. The Hot tub and the stars were awesome- Overall it was fantastic. Would recommend and def stay again.

Breathtaking ocean front view
Highly recommend for a private romantic getaway. Soaking in the private jacuzzi tub on the deck overlooking the ocean was an incredible experience. Very responsive guest service. Clean and cozy cottage.

Beyond the Spectacular View
Beyond the spectacular view which was hard to leave, only one comfortable chair in the cottage to sit on and the car charger, I cannot honestly recommend this cottage to more than one person and a four legged companion. I was not aware that the cottage was located 10+ miles north of the town of Gualala

Weekend Getaway
We loved the breathtaking view of the ocean! The small windows we were able to leave open all night to hear the waves. The hot tub was the icing on the cake! We utilized it at night time and it was so warm and relaxing even though it was cold outside. We will definitely come back!

Amazing little cottage getaway
My husband and I stayed at the cottage for my birthday and we had an amazing time. The view is hands down the best part. The hot tub is so relaxing and the privacy is perfect. We listened to the waves and birds as we enjoyed the deck area. We will probably bring our own pillows next time because these were quite flat, but nothing to stop me from coming back!

Property has a nice view and a hot tub but otherwise it is not great. Furniture looks like it was all from a yard sale and bed is uncomfortable. WiFi was good as was coffee maker and they provided lots of Keurig pods . For over $1,000 for two nights we felt it was overpriced. We would have been better served staying in a local motel.

Fabulous View!
We felt like the ocean was our own personal backyard. The weather was beautiful all 3 days. Loved the skylights. Comfortable deck furniture and umbrella made the view more pleasurable. The seals were so cute. We did not use the hot tub, due to a swollen leg muscle injury, but will check it out next time. We will definately be back.

I booked this for a long birthday weekend surprise for my girlfriend. We were extremely happy with the location, the quiet beauty, the modest cottage (that still had everything you could possibly want for a romantic getaway), and a hot tub with the best view ever. I also surprised her by proposing. I have no doubt the setting was a big part of her joy in saying "yes."

Ideal in Gualala
Cottage was comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed. The view, though, absolutely amazing and I could come back time and again and just sit on the deck and listen to the ocean and soak in that view. The house is dog friendly and the deck was closed so my little furry friend could enjoy without my worrying about him. Bedding was perfect. Overall, great!

Spectacular view but limited furnishings.
This is a small one-bedroom cottage perched on a bluff overlooking a cove on the Pacific Ocean. The spectacular view is the main draw, and the cottage has lots of windows capitalizing on it. It's located right off of Highway 1 between Anchor Bay and Point Arena, so there are limited restaurant choices and food markets in this area. The kitchen is very small, but serviceable. Not adequate for a gourmet meal, but you can reheat things and cook eggs in the morning. There is also a full-size microwave and a VERY small drawer refrigerator and freezer. I'd say bring some frozen dinners if you can. There is a double bed and a hutch in the bedroom, with a couch, a dining table, and two chairs in the living room. A nice deck with a hot tub faces the ocean. Dogs are allowed. The property is a few feet off of Highway 1, so keep that in mind if your dog roams or if you are traveling with children. This is a nice little spot for the right traveler.
