Yes, the owner is right in front of the bungalow. However, the owner is not any closer to you then the surrounding homes. As an older couple, my husband and I did not mind this. "This is a wonderful ranch house with lots of room. They have horse stables and a riding arena out back. If you are competing at the double check arena I recommend staying here. The beds are comfortable and large. There are 2 full baths. The kitchen is stocked with cooking pots and utensils. There are several decks. And a perfect basement entertainment room and laundry room. The only drawback is the road in front of the house. It is very busy and most people are speeding. Keep pets and children...

"The home was exactly as described on the web site. The home has 4 Queen size beds individual bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with enough towels and little shampoo and soap. Most of all supplied bathroom tissue, been to some you only get 1 roll. Location to all the activities for Frontier days was ideal, for the concerts and parade and rodeo. I will definitely stay here again!!!"

This house was also great for my dog. There’s not a lot of space in the front yard and there’s no backyard but we were very active outside of the house plus I only had one medium sized dog so it didn’t affect us.
