"I don't understand why is everyone giving such a low rating, for it's age is a decent stay. Yes it's old hotel, but when we got there, they had like 5 cleaning ladies cleaning all the premises day and night, vending machine is brand new, area around hotel is ok, there is a high school right behind it so I don't understand why anyone thinks is shady neighborhood like it is pretty decent, it is an extended stay hotel so the ladies will not come to clean your room unless you leave the sign on your door indicating so, you can grab towels, paper and toiletry from the lobby all day long no problem, AC in the room works and heather also, TV works and has decent amount of channels, there is hot water immediately in the shower and water pressure is good, there is a night guard onsite so your car is secure when you park it overnight, all in all we were super happy with our stay and would recommend it to anyone looking for a cheap very central stay in San Diego."
