"We stayed in the Suite Chalet with balcony and in-suite sauna room. I must say that this place is exceptional. The room has such a lovely rustic vibe and is the ultimate comfort for a couple. They seemed to have options for families and were super dog-friendly as well! The sauna with spectacular views out from the balcony is so special! "We are on a 3 week motorcycle trip around several countries on separate bikes. We have 3 boxes each, plus our bulky riding gear… It’s a challenge to squeeze into the quaint small rooms…. Especially when everything is wet and we are tired. But our room at this hotel….. what a treat!!! Wish I could have stayed there longer!"

"We could not find the reception. The instructions were not clear. Nobody answered the phone. The car park was very tight and parking was difficult. However, the breakfast was good with many sweet stuff but there were not any fruit."

"Wir waren für eine Wanderwoche in Grosio mit 4 Personen und Hund. Das Chalet ist großartig, geräumig und sehr liebevoll und modern eingerichtet. Die Kaminabende bleiben in sehr angenehmer Erinnerung. Die Räume im Erdgeschoss sind offen gestaltet mit einer schönen großen Wohnküche. Es fehlte dort an nichts. Im Erdgeschoss befand sich auch ein Bad, ein Waschraum und die Garage. Im Obergeschoss findet sich ein Doppelzimmer mit En-Suite-Bad, ein weiteres Doppelzimmer und ein Schlafraum mit 2 Stock...

A jewel in a charming city

"Hotel Centrale is a jewel hotel. The staff at reception, Giovanni and Irena, were friendly and helpful and it showed that they really care about their guests having a great stay. The room was a good size, the bed was comfortable and the washroom was very clean. They served a very good breakfast.The location was within walking distance of the train station and excellent restaurants. It was a good starting point for walks around the beautiful city. We would highly recommend this hotel."

"The hotel staff was incredibly accommodating. We checked in early so we could take advantage of the Engadin discount card that included the chair lift to Alp Languard. When we returned to the hotel, they had already put our suitcases in our room. Also we needed to checkout early to catch the Glacier Express train and the staff came early to allow us to eat breakfast before we left and even drove us to the train station!"
