"Great hotel and spa, really well presented building and the rooms were clean, well equipped and quiet. The breakfast was excellent. The staff were very attentive and polite. OK it's a little pricey but well worth the experience overall. The only negative for me was from the Lava restaurant where I had probably the worst steak ever especially given it's hefty price tag."

"We stayed here because of proximity to airport. Property looks in need of sprucing up both inside and out. It looks as if they are doing some work on the front of the hotel so we had to go in the back entrance. "Definitely stay here again. Our hand soap dispenser wasn't working and they fixed it same day. Brought us fresh towels and emptied our trash daily, which I wasn't expecting. I communicated with them via email and they responded quickly and friendly. Had the hot tub room. It drained and refilled daily. Great view and clean room.
