"Room not the biggest for the price but clean and tidy. Only one lift was working during our stay which was inconvenient for us with a buggy and two children as well as other less mobile guests. Staff were all very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very varied, well stocked and of a excellent quality. Not much in surrounding area but close to bus stops and not too far from train/tube links. "

"We had 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel is in a fantastic location and having onsite parking (for a fee) was helpful. Unfortunately the rooms were disappointing. The staff working on Christmas Day were amazing. We paid to add breakfast - it was good but since there are so many other options around I am not sure it was worth the extra cost."
