"The description to this place was misleading. We thought we would have the entire house as it stated however it was a walkout basement with 2 bedrooms. The entrance was in the back of the house with a very dark walkway at night. Beds were not comfortable and seamed smaller than a Queen size bed. The building has an amazing history, the smokehouse history was fun to learn about, and the town had an event called "first Friday" where local bands and vendors showcased on Friday night, and our host was always attentive to our needs, available, and pleasant. "This cabin has an amazing view! I loved sitting on the porch looking out over the valley. Lots of great bird and animal watching. The property needs some T.L.C. "The inside of the cottage was very clean. The bathroom towels are like blankets! SO nice! The kitchen is decent (with a little coffee/tea bar and fresh eggs in the refrigerator!!), the living room is spacious and the beds are very comfortable. My only issue with the interior was there was no place to put the luggage in the bedrooms. I had to put my suitcase on the floor and kept having to bend down to get things out of it. It would be nice to have a luggage rack or a small dresser in each room....
