"This is our second time staying at Tom’s house and it was absolutely perfect! He is such a great host and we were welcomed with a bottle of wine, fresh fruits and cookies! We even told him we would not be in until late so he went over and turned all the lights on for us to make it easier for us when we got there! Our favorite thing to do is sit out on the porch and read a book! The pups loved walking around the woods. It is also so close to town for groceries! We love this spot and it feels like...

"Our stay was great. The house was very well stocked with items for our stay. We loved the house. The only down fall is that they do not have TV. We enjoy waking up and watching the news in the mornings to get our day started and we do family movie night and we were not able to do that. Other than that we loved the house and will be looking forward to staying again. "

"A group of nurse friends stayed at the house for 2 nights. A good space to visit. The owner had communicated a problem with a commode & that was repaired while we were away. I was glad for the off street parking in the carport & lot behind the house because the street is narrow."

"We are a group of ladies who enjoy a yearly trip. This property was absolutely perfect. There was plenty of room for our group of 12. The waters bank absolutely made it incredible. We had a 10 person float tied off for 3 days. The fire pit and outside kitchen/bar is wonderful. There were enough towels and the kitchen stocked well. We have been changing destinations but plan to set up here for 3 days again. It was simply perfect! "

This place was perfect!! It had everything we needed! It was clean, comfortable, and quiet. We will definitely make this our "home away from home" anytime we come back for a visit!"

"Great property, very sweetly maintained with well-chosen updates by owners! Comfortable and generally clean; kitchen stocked and amazing back yard for warmer days. Four stars instead of five: Sink was non-functional on arrival and through holiday, seems to have been a known issue that the short-term-rental company had not solved. Fortunately, not an issue as we were in local family's kitchen for the holidays and we have tried to let owners know. Would stay here again!"

"What a lovely home! We came to share a Thanksgiving holiday for the first time in 20 years with my family. This home was very comfortable, clean and beautiful. All of our needs were accommodated and some we were able to spend quality time with our family host a lovely Thanksgiving dinner and just relax and enjoy our time. The host was very accommodating to my early check-in needs and the house had every accommodation we could ask for."
