Lake time on Memorial Day Weekend
The unit was well appointed and tidy. Close proximity to the lake, sunning dock and marina is a plus. Management was very attentive.

Great location!
We enjoyed our stay. The only reason we didn’t give it 5 stars is because the primary bathroom shower is very moldy and the tub had dirt in it, which isn’t great considering I needed to bathe my infant. But my husband went out and bought cleaning supplies so all was well after. Appliances have been upgraded and floors replaced since the pictures.

Wedding at the Ritz
Beautiful location, very comfortable. The beds were very comfy. Everything was nicely decorated. The screened porch was a plus we could have stayed there all day and night. The only thing that needed improvement was the shower in the master bedroom had quite a bit of mold. (They were remodeling the unit next door and it was a bit noisy in the morning when waking up).

My family greatly enjoyed our three days at Reynolds and our VRBO by the marina. The unit matched our expectations and was a great location. The upstairs loft/suite was super. I highly recommend.

Everything was very clean, beds were comfortable, but several of the bed pillows (upstairs)need to be replaced. Overall a great place to stay. Had everything we needed.

All in all it was lovely but the windows, screens on balcony, etc. are dirty. The front window door is terribly dirty... not a good first impression. Stains on carpets. Bathrooms soaps are super cheap and don't lather up. BTW the cleaning maids came an hour before check-out

Week at Reynolds Marina Condo
Rental arrangements were extremely easy and the management company was responsive. The kitchen is well stocked with cooking utensils, pots, pans, and tableware. The sofa is very “broken in” and quite frankly, uncomfortable due to the collapsed cushions. The carpeting is significantly stained throughout the living/seating area, and although had been cleaned within a week of our arrival, the pet urine odor was overwhelming. Turning the AC down pretty low/cool helped, as did cooking as the breakfast sausage and other cooking aromas masked the smell of urine. It is definitely time to replace the carpet and padding. We understand that this is a pet friendly condo and while that is so appreciated, carpeting is not typically pet friendly. We will return to Reynolds and happily use the management company again - we would however, rent a house and search for one that does not have carpeting in the main living areas.

Perfect lake view condo
The condo had everything we needed and a view of beautiful Lake Oconee. I appreciated that the kitchen was fully stocked. We had several family meals on the porch overlooking the lake. It really is a perfect location. We will stay here again.

The property was nice and clean. Enjoyed sitting on the screened in porch every morning looking out on the water. Only set back was the property management team took a while to respond to question but check in was a breeze

Easy convenient pleasant. Don’t visit lake Oconee on a Mon or Tuesday. There is literally nothing open.

Doc Holidays!
Was mostly satisfied. Disappointed that we couldn’t rent a boat; they sat empty most of the time ( marina was behind this house. ) inside, house was outdated & kitchen pans were really old. Tv didn’t work in the master, but we weren’t interested in watching as we just wanted to check local weather ( I know we had cell phones, but easier on tv to check )! Lake vows were minimal; saw the cove for the marina! Loved the screened porch.

This house needs some TLC
While the house itself is nice we were surprised that: it is an upstairs duplex, there was difficult access to the lake, the carpets are in desperate need of cleaning, the are roaches everywhere and it has the tiniest den TV ever. This last was an issue because my 87 year old father in law was with us and he had to bring a chair up close in order to be able to see it.
