「Very clean and cozy cabin in the mountains. We were very happy with the location of this cabin! Very easy to get to other parks and attractions. The hot tub was amazing and the cabin stayed warm on the colder nights. The caretaker was very helpful and he took time to make sure our questions were answered. 」

「My wife and I stayed at this location for 2 nights in February, 2025. The location was excellent providing us easy walking access to shopping as well as the incline (via Hiawatha Garden free bus which has a stop just a couple of blocks away). We saw plenty of wildlife (deer) just outside the back door. All necessary amenities were included and the host communication was excellent. Highly recommend!」

「This property is just plain fun in a very friendly town and neighborhood. We started out our stay at SunSpa prior to check in and the process was perfect and quick. The property is well appointed and very comfortable for a night in watching a movie, updting emails, ertc. lsharing 」

「Overall great place for 2 people and the location was great as well. The hosts were great and easy to talk to if you needed to. It was clean and had a fire pit out back. The sofa is pretty uncomfortable I will say and the tv is slow but otherwise it was great. I’d say here again. 」

「My daughter and I travelled to Co Springs to tour UCCS. She is planning to go there in the fall. The cottage was a perfect for for us. We went to the grocery store and got a few things to make for breakfast, snacks, etc. Teresa has the kitchen so well appointed, anything you might need! The beds were comfortable, nice sheets, and everything was super clean! Everything is within 15 min of this place!! Garden of the Gods, UCCS, restaurants, Manitou Springs… we will definitely stay here again!! 」

「This property was cute. There were a couple of personal dislikes. First the bed squeaks horribly. Every time you get in and out, roll over etc. Thank goodness I remembered my ear plugs for both myself and my husband or we would not have had any sleep. The shower does not drain so by the end you are standing in dirty soapy water. Otherwise it was everything we needed for our stay. 」

「I travel often and this was absolutely the BEST experience i have had in many many years. My daughter cried because she did not want to leave. I rate his place and experience 15 out of 10! I have found my happy place. I intend on renting again many more times in the future. This truly was the perfect place. I whish I could share my pictures and videos of how breathe taking this was. 「We enjoyed staying in this cabin very much. Green mountain falls is a quiet little town to visit and stay in. The Pantry has good food. We enjoyed meeting the owners of the cabin also. 」
