"Very disappointing. Trash all over the street and property when we arrived. The place needs some TLC...water marks on ceiling in kitchen, trim needed nailing on, chairs on deck falling apart . Great view but windows filthy. Yard needs mowing. Twin beds very uncomfortable. A window in each bedroom wouldn't close. Contacted Vacasa because the door key pad stopped working so we couldn't lock the door when leaving. Were told there was a key hidden in a lockbox but the code we were given didn't work....

"Pictures didn’t do the place justice! Beautiful home with charm and extremely quiet. Walking distance to downtown Cohasset was perfect. Food was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from. Highly recommend if you are looking for quiet and peaceful evenings"

"The house fit our family just right. Vincent was amazingly quick to respond to any issues that we had. When we got there, the house was very clean inside, but the landscaper/ pool missed a few things and once Vincent was aware he had it resolved. If I have to be a stickler about anything, it would be that the pool area wasn’t as clean as I would’ve liked it to be (patio/ chairs ) and the pool has a makeshift solar heater that I’m assuming will not get it up to decent temperature, but we We’re...

"It is just as the ad says, comfortable house on the ocean, nice nights around a bonfire ,cookouts, great seafood everywhere we loved it! Everything is in walking distance, if the beach is to rocky for you just walk a bit and you can easily find one thats not! You can't beat the sound of the waves at night and the salt air. Parking is room for one car only but our guests parked on ocean st. Overnight with no problems...Great time we would do it again"

"Absolutely lovely beach home in a terrific location - very walkable for morning and evening strolls - fabulous Mae's cafe only a few minutes walk. Communication was so prompt and polite - large bedrooms and two baths - lots of summer beach character and plenty of comfortable seating inside and on the screened porch. Plenty of parking - we had two cars - and kind neighbors with lots of dogs in the neighborhood - we enjoyed saying hello to all on our walks. Highly recommend!! "

"This place is a vacation in itself. We stayed in Tahiti and the host has thought of everything. The decor is amazing and is very beachy/unique. Because of the time of year we didn’t get to take full advantage but did enjoy the fire pit and our dog loved the park across the street. We took the pup to the beach (short distance). I would highly recommend! We will ne returning for sure!!"

"Everything was as noted, and Amy was a delight. It was perfect for multigenerational family - the first-floor in-law suite was great for the oldest of the bunch. Plenty of room to be together and to have your own space. Outdoor space and view were a plus. Plenty of paper products, full size shampoo/conditioner/soap and other nice details provided."

"This cute little place has everything that's needed for a short or extended stay. The full kitchen with appliances, including a dishwasher, came in handy as did all of the cookware, dishes, and utensils. It was also a pleasure to meet Johanna. She offered some great recommendations for exploring the area. Plus, the short walk to the beach was a great way to end every night. I'd definitely stay here, again!"
