Greater East Lyon Pet-friendly Hotel

"I stayed 2 nights on business. All the staff were super helpful, very welcoming and friendly. The room was comfortable but could perhaps do with some upgrading. It would have been good if the hotel sold cold drinks as I had to go out after finishing work at c 21:00 and Villeurbanne did not feel terribly safe."

"This is a solid place to stay. Decent sized room, breakfast is good and the location is convenient to a metro stop that goes all over. Only compliant is the towels (tiny and thin) and the pillows (also a bit thin)."

"The hotel is old . The staff is nice and Lena is a lovely receptionist . I stayed there 6 days my room was never clean ... Not the fault of the staff just the organisation and the hotel needs to be reorganised. For 200 Euros a night during worldSkills time I was expecting Free breakfast , sadly at this price The breakfast was not included .Again not the fault of the staff .
