"Fabulous place - considering how big it is, it was kept immaculate. The staff is so friendly and always willing to accommodate. The pools are amazing - so big to the point where you never feel crowded. For being an all inclusive I was not sure how the food would be - but the buffets are GOOD!! My kids had the best time. "This was our second time staying here. We brought our 13 year old daughter and high energy 9 year old twin boys. The pool and the beach are just perfect. We purchased snorkels from Amazon before our trip and it was well worth it. You can snorkel right at the beach and see some beautiful fish. The staff is extremely friendly and kind. The food is great however you don't have too many options. I would highly suggest making reservations either before you go or as soon as you get there. Nori sushi was delicious and so was the hibatchi. Breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was a garden view deluxe and it was perfect. Every morning we sat outside listening to the birds and watching the palm trees sway. The hotel itself is all open and has a very chill vibe. There is live music most nights. There are golf carts that take you to different places or we preferred to walk because the scenery was so pretty. We booked a rainforest tour with To Do PR and it was awesome. Cliff jumping, water fall slides and rope swing! We did the 7am-12 and glad we did because by noon it was packed. We also did a snorkel and boat excursion to a beautiful island with turquoise waters. There was a huge inflatable slide in the boat that the kids loved. Snorkeling by the reef was magical. We are very excited to come back. We already are missing our daily pina coladas and daiquiri's. "

"This is a beautiful property with so much to do for families. I read some negative reviews and I’m surprised people were unhappy. I’m assuming it depends where your room was. We were in the marina near the waterpark and it was perfect. Palomino Island is great! I would definitely recommend it. "
