We loved the big suite, the good food and drinks at both restaurants, the pool, the gym, the shop and the best part was the amazing private beach. "We spent a week at Coconut Breeze during the first week of January. The house was amazing! I can't say enough good things about it.There was more than enough space for five of us. All of the furniture and beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were very nice, especially the master with the large walk-in shower. The kitchen has everything needed to cook most meals and has a great layout. The house is located at the end of a street that is not busy at all so there is little to no traffic. The views of the ocean are incredible. The swimming pool is awesome and looks cool at night all lit up. The beach is a mile and half long and was never crowded during our stay.Sidney was incredibly helpful, quick to respond to all of our questions, and gave us some good recommendations. She was a fantastic host. Check in and check out were very easy. The house was clean and ready when we arrived.I would highly recommend this property for a stay on Exuma. It's in a great location, not far from Georgetown, and a short drive from two grocery stores. It was nice being in the central part of the island because driving to either Great Exuma Point or Little Exuma only took about a half hour or so. It was also helpful to have such a short drive to the airport."

"I can't say enough positive things about this beautiful home. Pool and beach on property were one of the highlights. Perfect if traveling with children. Location of the house is close to the airport, grocery, restaurants and downtown Georgetown. The house itself is clean and has everything you might need for cooking, playing in pool or sitting on the beach. The view from the house is spectacular! Rick, the owner, made everything so easy. Constant communication and great tips on travel, restaurants, excursions etc. We will return to the beautiful Blue Hues!"

"You will not be disappointed renting this unit. Kim is wonderful to work with if you happen to have an issue. The unit is well appointed, clean and great location. The Splash bar/restaurant on property is very handy after a long day exploring the island. The staff on property was wonderful to work with as well. The only unit that I saw with a foot bath by the front door to rinse sand before entering. You won't be disappointed staying here."

"We had a most enjoyable two week Christmas holiday at this wonderful house... and I highly recommend it! The owner, Michael, was excellent at communicating with us and super helpful. Joanes, his property manager, was awesome! What a lovely man! Super helpful, friendly, and very available to us if we had any questions. Joanes and Michael were able to find a beach umbrella for us to use during our stay which was awesome - free of charge! The layout of the house was great - the living room furniture was newer than what's in the pictures of the house - super comfortable and was fantastic for the 6 of us to hang out playing games at night. The beautiful view and sandbar out front were a lovely bonus - as were the paddle boards and kayaks. The house was perfect for the 6 of us (me and my husband, our 3 young adult children, and one of their boyfriend's). Everyone absolutely loved it, and loved the pool - we just didn't want it all to come to an end. Having the laundry machine there also was super helpful. I highly highly recommend this house - we felt incredibly safe there and well taken care of. I hope we get to go back again one day! Thank you Michael and Joanes for taking such good care of us!
