Thank God I brought my own cleaning supplies and paper towels! We stayed 3 nights room needs an upgrade curtains we’re disgusting, no garbage can in the bathroom, hallway light was out in our room, tv was on when we walked into the room, hand prints all over the head board, no mirror in the room . There was never eggs or just scraps of sausage in the breakfast buffet ,pool was out of order . I don’t know what happening but that’s the 3rd hotel I’ve booked this trip and all were dirty and in need of attention

The room i got had no heat. When reported to front desk, the lady was argumentative and was annoyed i reported to her. I did get a new room finally that did have heat. This next room was dirty with material/residue on furniture and I had to ask for a cleaner and towels.

Toilet was plugged in our room upon our arrival, contacted the front desk and they instructed us to come down and get a plunger (even though this was not our doing). Toilet would not unplug, hotel staff instructed us to contact Expedia as they couldn’t do anything. Expedia indicated hotel had to authorize the refund, hotel manager will not return phone calls. Shower faucet leaked water and the pool is closed due to heating issues. Do not stay here!

Comfort, sweet stay.
I have stayed in this hotel 4 almost a month off and on and I've stayed in this one room all the time because of my puppy this time when I'm out in the room. Nobody was in it yesterday. Or a gateport yesterday? And we got in there, and there was still dog food on the floor. This dog food was from my dog. From what we were in there, there were rappers on the floor which my dog found. Also, the faucet in the bathroom does not allow hot water. And if they had handicap access showers in the pet friendly room, I would have preferred that over. A tubIt is hard for me to get in and out of a tub

Spent the weekend here for a boys basketball tournament and when we checked in, there was a sign that said the pool was closed. Unfortunately, it was like that for the entire weekend so that was a big loss for the boys. The only others thing is that when we went down for breakfast on Saturday morning around 9:15, there were only muffins, make your own waffles, cereal and some scary looking fruit. Breakfast was supposed to be available until 10:00 and the guy who was in charge of the breakfast opened the container, that I’m guessing had eggs and sausage in it at some point, said “I thought I just filled these.” And then never filled it back up with anymore food. He went over and talked to a customer for the next 15 minutes. I feel like we got screwed out of the money we paid.

Location is nice . How ever the tv did work i ask if the could fix it. The first time they fix. The second time the remote did work and could not get the tv to work. I called and they told me how to trouble shoot it. 20 min later still.not working. Also a bad smell of marijuana coming into my room from another room. Also they had a big dog barking in a room next door. I will not recommend this hotel to anyone.
