When checking in they did not have the correct number of rooms from my Expedia reservation but did manage to find us another room. However, they did not link that room to my reservation so I have now also been charged for the room they said I didn’t have reserved through expedia. Not sure who’s responsible for fixing this error. Contacted hotel spoke with woman who would document for her manager the issue so would have it when Expedia called but said I had to work with Expedia. Expedia has apparently contacted the hotel who sounds like they didn’t listen to the issue when discussing with Expedia. I have provided additional info to Expedia and now can’t get a response from Expedia. If it was $20 I would not bother but since it is over $200 definitely want my money back!!!!!!!
