Overall, the site was very nice, but areas were not cleaned following the previous stay, kitchen cook top, bathroom areas and trash. We travel light and booked this site because of the washer and dryer availability. When checking in at the site, there was a post card indicating the washer and dryer were not working, thus we had to seek on off site laundry which was very inconvenient. Liked the area.

Cozy home in a perfect location
The location of this property was perfect for my work commitments at Colorado Mesa University and fun forays into the Colorado National Monument. It was clean and tidy and had all the things I needed for a comfortable stay (except a hair dryer). The property manager was very accommodating, which I appreciate very much! It was very quiet and comfortable, and the neighbors were friendly and kind. I would like to stay here again.
