"The staff were not very helpful. The front desk person didn't let us know that we had to put a parking pass in our car when he gave us our keys. We found out about the parking pass after we got to our room. So we had to go out to our car again! He was also not helpful when we told him the wifi was not working. The waffle maker was not functioning properly. The insides of the waffles were not cooked through."

"I was assigned a handcap room and the shower head would not lock in the high position so had to use the wand to shower. Hard after a ling day of travel. The outlet for the coffee maker and the phone did not work. The remote control menu button did not work. The gym was nice and onsite amenities were also very good. The front desk and room cleaning staff was very polite and courteous."

"Room assigned at check-in had not been cleaned and bed was unmade. Desk staff apologized for inconvenience and immediately assigned substitute room after first inspecting it."

"Wont go again. The bar did not open at 4 as advertised. Not sure if it ipened at all one night so we went to another hotel for drinks, our offer said we would get a free gift, we did not, at the pool. They advertise beverage cart service til 4, we called twice, never came. When we spoke to the manager, she never even took her eyes off of the computer, and trust me, we never complain and are easy to please people. Go somewhere else."

"The staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. I have stayed here in the past, but on this visit I could see the need for some major cleaning (staircase carpet}, refurbishment of aged furniture in the room, and replacement of water damaged ceiling tile throughout the facility. If my room is indicative of the condition of others, new mattresses are a must - I spent three nights sunk into the middle of my king bed due to the busted down softness. My key cards took me 6 to 8 tries every time I entered my room, even after asking for new cards. Perhaps new entry mechanisms or doors would be nice. I hope the new owner can restore he grand facade and shine to this facility. E"
