"Friendly staff. Very relaxing and peaceful"

"We were very excited after reading all the 5-star reviews, but upon check-in we were given a room that did not meet the criteria of the room we had booked. I requested a new room, in line with what I had booked. They were very apologetic and offered a new room, but needed time to clean it. Over 24hrs later the room was still not ready, meanwhile we were there with a 1yr old. We began to wonder what all those 5-star reviews were all about. Enter Hadi, on the afternoon of the 2nd day he found out about our situation, came out to talk to us and offered his apologies and promised to fix it within a few hours. Later that day we were given an amazing room and helped to pack and move. While everyone until that point was kind, there was no action. Customer service is more than just words, at the end of the day if there is a problem then it needs to be solved. And until Hadi got involved, there was no solution for a day and a half. We had an amazing time after changing our rooms. Pool, beach, restaurants and service everywhere was top notch. Special thank you to Hadi, AP from Ava and the South African man from the restaurant on the beach. Their customer service was outstanding and much appreciated and we look forward to going back thanks to them. "

"Hello Cayman Vacation Condo rentals at Villas of the Galleon are lovely. The property is kept immaculate with beautiful seasonal flowers and bushes. The staff work very hard to ensure a wonderful time for those who stay here. The seven mile beach in front of the condos was beautiful and provided a great walk anytime of the day. The ocean was nice to experience although at times it was a little tricky getting in and out due to the shelf of sand etc in the water due to some rough winds. We met both of the security guards Andrew and Durga who are both top notch people. Our housekeeper Leda kept our condo immaculately clean every day and was very friendly and professional. Lisa the manager for Hello Cayman was a delight to work with and responded promptly to questions etc prior to our arrival to the island. She was waiting for us in the condo on the day we arrived and provided us with milk for tea and coffee as well as a nice bottle of Rose for an anniversary gift. Lisa enjoys providing excellent customer service and we look forward in the future to booking with her again. We have taken home with us fond memories of Grand Cayman and the people whom we met there."

"Felt very safe and the condos were very clean. Everyone was extremely nice and very accommodating. I assume we went during a low season as there weren’t too many people there which made more enjoyable. Will definitely come again in the future. "

"Staff was extremely helpful for anything…. Great location to beach and food…. Less than a mile to all of what u would want to do… rental bikes were perfect…. Also, Cayman has roosters (bird) everywhere!!!! THEY DONT SLEEP People!!!!! Our assigned rooster started at 418am every damn day!!!!!"
