Located in a secure residence completed in 2022, including 14 apartments with night caretaker, this 300 m² penthouse in Péreybère offers a peaceful setting where charm and serenity blend harmoniously. Ideally located, it is in the immediate vicinity of all amenities within walking distance, guaranteeing a convenient stay. The penthouse is located on the 3rd floor, accessible by elevator or stairs, thus offering optimal comfort. In addition, you benefit from two private parking spaces reserved exclusively for this property. Upon your arrival, you will be warmly welcomed by Rebecca, our hostess, who will take the time to introduce you to the apartment and all its features (TV, Wi-Fi, etc.).

Relax in a comfortable living room, equipped with a TV and a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The opening of the bay window allows you to enjoy the sea air which also pleasantly refreshes the room. The fully equipped American kitchen offers all the modern comforts: induction hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator and all the kitchen essentials The laundry room is equipped with a washing machine at your disposal. Outside, the covered terrace offers a dining table for 6 people.

On the rooftop with sea and mountain views, a small private swimming pool (6 seats, not heated) is waiting for you to cool off. Enjoy the sun thanks to the 2 sunbeds at your disposal, and the brazier, perfect for pleasant moments.

Take full advantage of the common areas of the residence, including a superb swimming pool of 10 x 5 meters with a depth of 1.40 meters.

The penthouse includes three bedrooms (2 bed 180'', 2 bunk beds 90''), one with private bathroom (en suite) with terrace, while the other two share a bathroom. All rooms are air-conditioned and equipped with ceiling fans for your comfort. Each room has a dressing room and each private bathroom has a walk-in shower.

For your comfort, we provide bed linen, as well as bath towels and beach towels.

Every detail of this apartment is designed for your comfort and entertainment: a single connected TV in the living room, with access to YouTube, Local channels + Smart TV Internet. In addition, the laundry room is equipped with a safe to secure your valuables.

To facilitate your arrival, we provide you with essential products to start your stay in peace.

You will find a bottle of water in the refrigerator to refresh yourself, as well as the following items: salt, pepper, sugar, tea, dishwashing liquid, sponge, hand soap, a roll of toilet paper per bathroom, 3 garbage bags, 2 dishwasher tablets, 2 coffee capsules and 2 laundry capsules.

These little touches are planned to allow you to enjoy your stay immediately. However, it will be up to you to complete these elements according to your needs (toilet paper, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, coffee, laundry).

During your stay, you will benefit from a complete maintenance service. The apartment is kept in an impeccable condition thanks to the passage of the cleaning lady Valérie or Hema once a week, as well as the regular interventions of the gardeners and pool specialists of the co-ownership. In case of need, our maintenance service, provided by Noah, will be available to respond quickly to any request or technical problem.

The apartment is ideally located to meet all your needs upon your arrival. Just 7 minutes by car (3.2 km) you will find the Super U shopping center, and 8 minutes (4.1 km) away the La Croisette shopping center, which houses an Intermarché and many shops. These two shopping areas offer everything you need for your purchases, whether it's groceries, fresh produce or other amenities.

Know that you can easily do your shopping on foot at Winner's supermarket, a local brand offering everything you need. It is only a 12-minute walk away, 900 metres from the penthouse.

As for the beaches, you are close to many of the most beautiful beaches on the island:

To ensure your comfort and optimal organization, check-in takes place between 2 p.m. and 7 p.m., but depending on the departures of the day before, it can be advanced from 9 a.m. in agreement with our hostess. Check-out, on the other hand, is scheduled at 11 a.m. to allow us to prepare the villa with care for the next visitors. These flexible schedules are designed to offer you a most pleasant experience.
