Adequate
We had 7 adults stay in this home. The house needs to be updated as the showers had mold in them and the overall house was not all that clean. There needs to be hand rails on all stairs from top to bottom not just part way. Bedrooms were fine except the bunk room on the lower floor had zero bathrooms. Kitchen was well equipped.

Wonderful weekend celebration getaway
My family of 8 had a great stay. The location was perfect. The home was beautiful. My 4 year old loved the landing on the lake, we just made sure he had a life vest on at all times. Kitchen was stocked with cooking utensils, pots and pans. We can’t wait to come back to Granbury - what a beautiful small town!

We had a mom/daughter weekend getaway staying at this beautiful house! It was 10 minutes from everything in Granbury. Wonderful communication and support from the owner. This was our second time staying here and we can’t wait to come back.

Spacious home on the lake
Lots of space for mixing and mingling with friends. Our favorite part was the stone tanning patio/ledge located directly on the lake...beautiful, relaxing and perfect for morning coffee or evening wine. Easy access to the town square shopping, restaurants and entertainment.

Golf Weekend
We stayed 3 nights and it was plenty nice. This is an older lake house but worked for our group. Ample parking, quiet neighborhood, on the water, easy to get to and a quick 15 minute drive to Squaw Valley golf course. The downstairs bunk area accommodated our 4th couple but might have been a little cramped had it been an extended stay. Great communication with the owner.

Great Big House!
Six of us (adults) stayed at Bright n' Breezy for six nights over Thanksgiving. It was a little more rustic than we realized from the pictures, but it was a great place to stay. The neighborhood was very quiet. We had lots of room, it was super clean, the kitchen had tons of dishes, pans, silverware, casserole dishes, etc. Each of the three floors has its own thermostat, so those of us who like it cooler for sleeping could control that. All three showers offered shampoo, conditioner and body wash. Manager Chuck is very responsive and a pleasure to deal with. We would definitely book again!

Lake House Getaway
We enjoyed our Spring Break vacation at Bright n’ Breezy in Granbury very much. It is usually difficult for us to find a home that accommodates two families with enough beds and bedrooms for all the adults and teenagers, but this home was the perfect fit. All the boys had their own space in the bunk room downstairs and our daughter had her own bedroom with a queen bed. Each pair of adults had their own king bed and bedroom to themselves too. The living room had lots of space to spread out and enjoy watching TV or looking out at the lake. There was plenty of seating on the decks and balcony as well as down by the lakeshore. Being right on the water was terrific! We were able to cook many meals during our stay in the kitchen and we utilized the outdoor grill as well. There were plenty of glassware, dinnerware and utensils for our party of 9 to utilize without having to run a load in the dishwasher after every meal. The pool table was put to use almost every night too! The close proximity to restaurants and Historic Granbury Square is a plus for this home. We wish we could have stayed the full week! The hosts were quick to respond to our questions and were a pleasure to work with. We would certainly recommend Bright n’ Breezy as a place to stay for multiple families.

The house perfectly met our needs. Plenty of space, comfortable beds and equipped kitchen for our party of 10. It was a quick visit to the area, but downtown Granbury had some cute shops if you have time to walk around!

Very Nice but more stairs than thought!!
The house is very nice, just needed some things fixed! Talked to property owner and said he’s in process of doing!! Also we thought had 1 stair case going up but also has one kinda steep and small one going to Bunk room downstairs, have to go upstairs for restrooms !! I would probably not rent this place again for our group only because of all the stairs up and down and we are 65+ and some health issues but would be great for younger adults and kids!!

Memorial Day Weekend
Great property for what we needed. There were 6 adults and 5 kids so the three bedrooms and the bunk room were perfect. We spent time on the lakefront landing and the marina where we rented a boat was super close. The only thing that I think is good to know is that the 2 bedrooms upstairs share a bathroom and the other two bathrooms are on the main floor. There is not a bathroom on the floor with the bunk room. Definitely not a deal breaker but I do not believe that was specifically mentioned on the listing. The house was clean and we had everything we needed. Overall a great experience!

Life long friends
A few life long friends get together once a year & Lake Granbury is a great location. This house had larger rooms & enough beds & bathrooms for 7 of us. The homeowner asked for feedback & the 3 (small) things we suggested he said he would get on it asap. He was very nice & responsive. Easy booking & easy check in & out. We would definitely rent this house again!

Disliked: Listing accuracy
Property not for young or old!
The property is not good for children and teens or older adults. Needs to be represented that way. Landscaping should be done to allow for views of lake and pathways to lake! No activities on property, no lawn, can’t dock boat, boat house dangerous around it, and access to lake bad. We’ve stayed many years in Granbury and worst accommodations for family yet. The house is decorated beautifully but this is not a location for family to enjoy because property does not lend itself to that! Especially for the price! I would sale this is a house only property!
