“Staff was friendly, housekeepers were great & friendly, Pool was warm. My only complaint was last year we stayed here for one night with our kids hot tub had cold water theyvwere ordering part, this time pool was warm hot tub was cold. They told us this time they ordered the part again. So not sure. Every thing was great!”

“The hotel is fairly new and very clean. the beds were comfortable, etc. The only issue we had was the temperature. Our room was freezing as the air conditioning was on. Problem was that the temperature was falling outside and we would need the heat on by morning.. could not change the thermostat to heat. It was set to control this automatically based on the temperature setting... I wanted heat at 68... it would only turn onto heat if I set the temperature to 74 or higher. so the A/C had to……
