"The room was nicely decorated for the ambience, however, the sinks, sink counters and shower mixing valves were old. Those need to be renovated. The mini bar are also needed to be updated, the mini dorm refrigerator should be incorporated into the case work to be more appealing to the eye.!"

"We were greatly surprised that the hotel was within 5 minutes to Fiesta Texas and 2 minutes from a shopping/ dining area. The hotel room was clean, smelling fresh and the staff were very nice from the moment we arrived until we left. Breakfast was yummy as well. This is our new "stay" place every time we visit San Antonio."

"Great location for getting to military base and airport as it is in between both. Restaurants food was really good and customer service was as well. Only thing we didn’t like was the $22 dollars plus taxi a night just to park. It was a strange to us."

"The room was nice and spacious. The drawers in the desk console wouldn’t stay shut. Rm must not be level🤔 Clean, comfortable beds, not quite enough lighting in the room. Overall, very satisfied."

"Right off the bat they had an issue with a customer in front of us. They handled it professionally and quickly. We were impressed. Our hotel room was clean but an envelope to tip the maid was out. I really don't like those! The breakfast attendant was exceptional! Everyone was very kind and helpful."
