Great escape!
That was wonderful escape from city to snowy Mt Hood area! Wonderful location, shared pool, sauna, great layout, clean and well equipped kitchen! Definitely come back! WiFi was pretty slow :(

Nice place for family snow play
Great location, easy access to slopes for skiing, sledding, cross country. Summit is terrific for new skiers.. The condo shows wear, but is super easy to call home. Well equipped with what we needed. Challenges with the thermostat - stayed so warm! Better instructions?

Some of the luster has been lost
The property is still beautiful after all of these years. 204, 304 and 404 all have side windows, which is nice. Wear and tear is obvious throughout. No recycling is a disappointment.

Not like it used to be
We stayed in the same condo 10 years ago for a wedding, which we were at again for this weekend at SkiBow. 10 years ago the beds linens and furnishings were all excellent. This time the beds were lumpy pillows were even worse, the sheets scratchy and worn out. Everything just looks 10+ years older and, frankly shabby. Just not worth the money any longer for what you pay for this property. Probably the worst part of renting this space from VRBO/Vacasa is the amount of texts you receive for just renting for a weekend literally 12+ texts, truly annoying. The entry process was arduous at best most the time we left the door unlocked because the code was so long and Only after many tries, it opened and we couldn’t get the door to lock.… sad to say we will never be staying here again.

Great Location with Beautiful View
Every morning we’d wake-up and first thing look out the back porch at Mount Hood… and every single time it was amazing! For our active family of 5 this condo was perfect. Indoor parking, access to a pool & hot tub (for post hike therapy), lots of room to relax, and walking distance from Government Camp proper. Thank you for sharing your property, we really enjoyed our time on and around Mount Hood.

Nice stay in snowy weather
Nice place. Managers responsive when we needed light bulbs, trash bags, toilet repair. Internet was too slow for any video streaming for preschoolers. Covered garage a great resource and lovely places to sled, slide, snow play.

Overall we liked the place but there was so much of the maintenance just not handled. We’re not sure we’d stay there again. Internet was constantly out or so slow that you could not have more than one device. Our hotspots on our phones worked better. Toilets ran all day unless you lifted the chains in the tanks Stove burner broken Dishwasher door broken and a danger to kids-m Remotes in bedroom end living room with dead batteries Not enough parking, inside or out for our single car even though we registered two

Snowboard Trip

Good but could be Great
This unit provides an amazing view of Mt. Hood off the balcony. Positive. The unit is showing its age, and the carpet could use shampooing. Additionally cable tv was not operational. Couple of dining chairs sort of collapsed (broken?). Cleanliness was an issue (not property specific), as we walked into the unit finding a half empty pop can and couple of popcorn under the dining table. It was very disappointing to walk into a unit like this especially in light of all the covid related cleanliness being advertised. I felt the need to further wipe and clean the counters myself upon seeing how the unit was turned over. Unfortunate. I’ve stayed at numerous units at the South Grand Lodge, and this experience was quite poor due to the overall cleanliness that lacked attention to details. I love The Grand Lodge, and I hope cleanliness is always a high priority as it will make or break one’s experience.

Super convenient property
Perfect location, great size and well outfitted. The oversight and management of the property could use some improvement. It was not evident who to call about an issue. When I texted, I didn’t get a response, and when I followed up again, they responded that there was no issue (there was a leak in the ceiling coming from the apartment above ...about 10 quarts worth over three days; there was a full bowl of water sitting under the leak when they came to check). So great property, service needs work.
