“Stepping into this cabin, you can tell the host has thoughtfully and carefully worked through each detail to capture the history and beauty of the area. The cabin was so peaceful, with sounds of rain and the river nearby, beautiful lookout windows, and the comfiest bed. Woodstove kept us toasty warm (after a couple of failed attempts to start a fire), and the bathroom located just outside the cabin was the perfect refreshment needed.Kitchen is stocked with everything needed! “To celebrate my 2 and Fiftieth birthday, I wanted a long weekend away with my adult children and extended family and it was perfect in every way. The layout of the house is perfect, it was spotless (even under the beds when playing indoor hide and seek), and Vacasa was responsive and helpful with any questions.The beds were all comfortable, the heating system kept us all warm and toasty, the hot tub was clean and the perfect temperature. “A group of 7 friends and I stayed at this cabin during our university's spring break to get some fun skiing in at Hood. The cabin itself is very clean and cozy but unique in its log cabin design and layout. It was definitely a little tight with 8 people, but if your all good friends, it's not a problem. “I liked the cabin charm of this house it it’s right in the middle of government camp. You can drive right up to the door to drop off/pick up which is very convenient. It was also easy to keep warm and the wood stove was a nice amenity. We enjoyed the charm of this place. The cabin is very small which is cozy, but hard to imagine more than 4 people using the living area—even that was a tight squeeze — so unclear how the occupancy of 6 makes sense. There was a key to a “wood box” that we were not……
