Very Clean and Immaculate!
My family ( two kids ages 4 and 1) stayed with my best friend and her family (also two kids ages 6 and 1) and had a great time!! It says not suitable for kids under 2 but we had zero problems, we just moved a few things out of the way. Upon arrival I noticed how everything was spotless which is a huge plus. The towels were so fluffy and the sheets smelled so clean and nice. Our guest contact, Nubia, got back to us right away with any questions and we had no problems while were there. Very nice and peaceful getaway!

The house is very comfortable. Almost like being at home.
The house was spacious and cozy at the same time. The owners even let you use their own streaming accounts to relax and enjoy the evenings. All kitchen ware was available and the dishwasher was a plus. Great time was had by all!!

Bathroom shower on main floor water constantly dripped. Vanity lights did not work. The kitchen area is very small. The actual living room is smaller than it looks. Live TV not accessible. Read the fine print. There are few amenities at the actual house which is okay if not made to appear so when reviewing thee photos. Must carry out garbage in your own car.

Perfect Family Getaway
We had such a lovely time staying at Big Bass Lake. The house was spacious enough for our whole family and we really appreciated the cleanliness. The communication was easy and the host was very responsive. We’re hoping to visit again in the future!

Great weekend getaway!
House is very spacious and there is room for everyone. Only mishaps are drain in the upstairs shower and sink are a bit slow and refrigerator can be a bit cooler. Will definitely book again.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Well supplied. Beautiful out side. Clean environment.
Our only concern was at the time of checking. Guard was with negative attitude, other than that it was a beautiful experience. House is amazing. Super clean, well supplied, beautiful out side, quite, peaceful. We just love it!!!

Lots of inaccuracies. Refrigerator didn’t work at all which ruined all our food and caused us to have to eat out. Did offer to offset our charges a little, which didn’t cover our losses and which we haven’t seen happen yet. Said they couldn’t find a refrigerator of the size they needed and were unable to fix. Place was not clean even though we paid for a cleaning fee, bathroom shower upstairs didn’t drain well, and didn’t disclose all fees for amenities they listed and indoor pool caption in picture said open year round but found out it is only open in winter season. Language on rules seemed threatening with various charges if didn't abide by all the rules as written, for example a large fee charged if didn’t lock all windows and doors upon leaving yet almost all windows were open and unlocked when we arrived. Ceiling held up with nails downstairs, floating floor had nails in it which kept injuring my husband if didn’t wear shoes all the time, window blinds broken in bedrooms which lacked privacy when changing. Place was very hot and only air conditioning was a small floor unit in the living room. Whole place smelled musty. Told them all our issues. Just thanked us and said they’d try to fix things for future renters. Good luck!

it was great. My only complaint is because one of the bathrooms was dirty and the games are not in good condition. But everything else was amazing.
