"Perfect for our long weekend getaway! Great location close to charming, downtown Staunton. Enjoyed both front (public) and back (private) porches and fun, interesting decor in the unit. Clean, well-equipped kitchen and comfortable, modern furnishings throughout. It was very hot during our visit, and the excellent A/C provided a welcome break when needed. Highly recommended and will definitely stay here next time we are in Staunton."

"This is a wonderful mountain getaway on a working horse farm minutes from downtown Lexington. From the moment we booked, almost a month in advance, we received great communication from our Host Doris. Our accommodations were well-appointed and comfortable. Doris provided fresh eggs and milk and all of the drawers were well stocked with spices and cookware. Both Doris and Dennis made time for us to chat when we saw them during our stay. We appreciated their hospitality and their charming getaway....

"This was the perfect place to stay for a quick anniversary getaway weekend. The property is decorated so cute and there were so many charming details. We loved the Nespresso machine, fluffy robes and ambiance lighting. Even though it is just downstairs from the owners, it felt very private. You can hear people walking around upstairs, but only if it's completely quiet otherwise. I only noticed it in the morning when first waking up. We had a blast in Staunton and it was nice to be able to walk...

"I had a great weekend at the Loft -- the space is really cute and well designed. I had a couple issues with my booking (one was entirely a VRBO issue that VRBO was not helpful with - the host was amazing) the second was after I arrived and the host was quick to respond and resolve the issue. "This was our second stay at the cabin. We stayed an entire week this time and would have liked to have stayed longer. Hiking trails are nearby and very easy to get to. The cabin is surrounded by beautiful mountains and forests, but the supermarket and Warm Springs Baths are an easy drive down the road. The cabin is cozy and comfortable and the hosts are helpful and friendly. We will be back again next year!"
