"Despite rain throughout our stay we had great, quality time together. The main cabin on the compound was completely comfortable with all amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable, the kitchen fully stocked, and the cabin decor very charming. The owners are on site and were immediately responsive to any question we had. We will be back."

"This house was perfect for what we needed. Our family used to have a house on Spider Lake so this was like going home. The rooms are very small and there is not a ton of space, but it was perfect for what we needed at the time. The beds are comfy, but the one bedroom with twin beds is barely moveable - they are end to end with no walking room so it is not good for 2 adults (kids would have no issue). We walked between the home and our friends place with no issues and the stars were beautiful. One thing - the kayak landing on the property is difficult to get the boats to and you cannot use the boat landing on Mills Point to get to Spider Lake because this home is not part of the point. So make sure you can carry the kayaks through a bit of terrain (although not overly crazy)."
