"We loved our stay here and the flaws were minor. But they were, still, slight annoyances. We arrived in the late afternoon, right at check-in time (4:00pm) and followed the direction to get in the front door. "The cabin was very nice and impeccably furnished. Great style overall, nice functional kitchen and bathroom, and the mattress was extremely comfortable. The only reason I wouldn’t give five stars is because of the frequent train traffic. The noise from the trains made it difficult for us to sleep through the night. Nothing the owners can do about it, obviously, but if you’re sensitive to external noise, you need to be aware."

"Mosier, OR, is not a big place, but it is in the Columbia gorge, which has hundreds of trails to hike, bike, etc. This cabin puts you right there, within a short distance to any number of outdoorsy things. Then you can come back at the end of the day and relax in the cozy cabin. I stayed in October, which was perfect for hiking. The cabin's proximity to local Mosier businesses is also good. Obviously you need to get your daily coffee from Randonee Coffee, which is literally a few steps away....
