「I stayed in this lovely cottage on St. Paddy's Weekend with three other friends. During such a busy time, this place was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood which was a nice break at times. The host was very communicative and helpful beforehand and during our stay which we appreciated! Overall, if you're looking for a great option on a busy weekend, I would highly recommend it! 」

「The Nook was a fabulous stay! Daniel was very communicative during the stay. My children loved “playing” tennis every morning (in quotations because they’re three and 4 months!) relatively easy to get into Dublin if needed but we really enjoyed being outside the city. Spent a lot of time on the Bray Promenade! Would recommend for anyone with families!」

「We loved our stay here! Lisa communicated very well and had so many nice touches that made our stay homey and enjoyable. The location is beautiful and only about 10 minutes away from the nearest coffee shop and grocery store. The surrounding roads are very narrow (you have to pull into a driveway if another car is coming the opposite way) so be aware of that especially if you are new to driving in Ireland. 」

「Wonderful location in central Dublin - looking out over the Liffey. Beds were comfortable, and lots of room to gather. Amenities are good, with plenty of towels. Would recommend cleaning the throw rugs, which have lots of obvious stains - unbecoming of such a great place to stay. Would recommend.」

「Gut」

「This was a wonderful "home base" for our adventures in Ireland. The host was excellent with communicating with us. The property was very comfortable, and within walking distance of some lovely restaurants and small shops.」

「This was the perfect location for our group. Easy access to everything we wanted to do and see in Dublin. House had everything we needed. Plenty of room for our group of 8. 」

「I LIKED THE LOCATION VERY MUCH. IT WAS SAFE, WALKABLE, NEAR A LOT OF NICE RESTAURANTS AND QUIET. I WISH THE INSTRUCTIONS FOR GETTING INTO THE BUILDING HAD BEEN A LITTL BIT CLEARER. THE ROOM I WAS IN WAS NICE. IT SHOULD HAVE HAD A CHAIR IN A CORNER SOMEWHERE THOUGH. THE ONLY THING TO SIT ON WAS THE BED WHICH WAS SO HIGH THAT MY FEET WERE NEARLY 14 INCHES OFF THE FLOOR. THIS MADE GETTING DRESSED DIFFICULT. 」

「We very much enjoyed it, beautiful landscape」

「This is a lovely, clean, well stocked townhouse. It is in a gated community in a residential area so it was very quiet. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was large enough to cook meals. The property is between Christ church and the Guinness factory so did require a bus ride into the “tourist area “. Overall, a great experience」

「Several issues: dirty bathrooms( moldy grout in shower, cobwebs around ceiling) , sewage smell in center hallway was pronounced when bathrooms were used, not enough towels for our party of 5, washing machine didn’t work properly, dryer non-existent but was advertised. Linens were not only stained and gross but there also weren’t any sheets supplied for the pull out sofa (1 individual in our party had to sleep directly on the mattress). Wi-Fi was slower than cellular service, drip stains on every...

「Oonagh was fabulous with communicating before, during and after our stay. Her home was as described and very clean. She and her family were very generous with their hospitality. Our Shi-Tzu, Teddy, was made very welcome and we also enjoyed the company of Salem and Poppy. The location is perfect for exploring both Dublin and the beautiful Wicklow hills. We look forward to having another opportunity to spend time in Oonagh's lovely home.」
