"This hotel was so nice! From the couple of phone calls I made prior to checking in, to walking into the lobby, to coming and going and to checkout, the staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful !!! So very nice! It felt like walking into a movie set in the lobby and the room! Very pleasant atmosphere and experience the entire stay! We stayed here to go to a concert at The Rave, which was right across the street . The shuttle drove us over to keep us warm! Convenient parking in the garage onsite. "

"The views were amazing, the room was clean, all customer service was excellent and fast. The elevator was down and I was on the 4th floor but other than that. It was a very good stay. "
