"Easy check-in and check out, money was refunded quickly, breakfasts was good, and staff friendly. I think the room I had was old because the heating system was messy at first but they fixed everything. "

"We were in Chicago overnight due to a cancelled flight. We booked last minute, hopped on the shuttle to the hotel. Had dinner at the restaurant in the hotel and then went to bed. Everything was comfortable and quiet for the night. We took the free shuttle back to the airport. Great serive for weary travelers"
