"This room is locally very centrally to the train station, restaurants and bars. The check in was easy and staff were friendly. The room was spacious snd clean. The only thing we didnt like was being on the ground/first floor, the windows are just above head height, but buses are passing and stopping outside constantly"

"Stayed here before and back there now . My only grips are the heating. It’s like the system at work but seems stuck on 16 so it’s cold and you only get two bath towels regardless of how long you stay, you are expected to wash them and no tea towels even though no dishwasher."

"I did not get a stay, this apartment is a SCAM. Had this booked, received an email from the property owner the day before claiming the property was no longer available due to a leak and that I would receive a refund. I did not receive any refund and have been ignored ever since, I have messaged multiple times and tried calling, I have tried to get help from hotel.com and they have not helped at all either. AVOID at all costs."

"5 minute walk to the town centre which was really great! Clean inside, lovely place. Only downside was in the description it didn’t say there was 3 levels in the apartment, having 3 young kids it wasn’t kid friendly but problem solved because there was a sofa bed and 2 extra pullout beds upstairs so my younger children could stay on the top floor with me and my partner. Great price I paid was very impressed! "

"This Hotel was a great hotel a few years ago and we always enjoyed our time there.On this visit I was surprised to find a lot of the little extras such as Tissue’s, Shower gels,just the little extras that made it special.The Hotel just needs updating and it will be the perfect place to visit for its so central to the centre of town and the main Train Station."

"Stayed here twice and i love it. Hotel room has got everything you will ever need (even a sewing kit) then we also get access to their gym, pool, steam room and sauna. Gym is just like every other hotel gym but a bit better. Their pool is at a perfect depth and length. Their steam room is the best steam room i've ever been in. Rooms are sound proof so we never hear anything outside of hotel room. Staff have always been great people, always have a genuine smile that makes us feel welcomed and in good hands. Last but certainly not least is that the price of the hotel is perfect. Unlike manchester city centre where every hotel is a rip off. This hotel really is worth every penny"

"The room was excellent. Kitchen are v well equipped. Nicely decorated. Attention to detail v good. Lots of plug sockets! Huge bed! Staff were super attentive & bar/lounge area on the 9th floor is lovely and v nice communal area to relax and have a drink (and not restricted by early bar closing times)"
