"The lady at the front desk was very helpful. She realized that going to the second level on an outdoor staircase with a rolling suitcase would be tricky. She then gave me a room on the first level next to the office since I was a woman alone. Very thoughtful! I feel safe and I'm enjoying the great channel lineups, plus every convenience nearby.The highway is right by the motel ,but you can't hear it. Great price, too!"

"When I arrived to check in there was a system wide issue that prevented check in. the gentleman on shift that night, Mo (not sure of spelling) was amazing. he stayed calm cool and collected and was able to get the significant backlog of guests sorted out. I could hear that he was working with the Housekeeping staff to check the status of rooms but I did not get any of their names. all of the staff working the night of 11/14 did a fantastic job in a stressful environment. Mo continued to check back in with me, and I imagine other guests from that night as well, to ensure my stay was enjoyable and everything was sorted out. He did an amazing job."
