"This is a fantastic hotel, especially for the price! Nice, clean rooms and a wonderful 24 hour reception, so you if you get in late it's no problem at all. Breakfast at the nearby cafe was fantastic. Shower was a little low-pressure, but still very warm and nice after a long trip- must bring your own shampoo and conditioner. Overall, lovely stay, great value!"

"This hotel was really lovely and comfortable. The parking situation was a bit tricky. We ended up parking in the wrong garage and paid $51 for one day. So be careful, and do not park in the Biblioteca (library) parking lot. There are several restaurants and bars close to the hotel. The rooms were big and comfortable, but the AC was not working, so we had to open the windows. "Wonderful property that's close to old town site seeing but not loud that can happen if you're in the middle of everything. Being on top of the hill has the advantage of best place to see the city below and sunset from the beautiful roof top terrace over the mountains on the other side of the city. The location also can make it a bit difficult to walk bach to hotel as other reviews have noted. It's not that bad and if needed you can stop to catch your breath on one of the walls. "We loved our trip to Girona. The hotel staff was amazing, and the beds were comfortable. We could walk everywhere; the city has local shops and restaurants throughout its winding streets. The terrace bar was perfect for grabbing a drink while others were napping. Our data plan was weak in Girona, so the map provided by the hotel was very helpful. "
