“Selten hat etwas so reibungslos geklappt. Der Vermieter war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alles geregelt. Vor Ort war Mariella als gute Seele. Die Lage fantastisch, nur kann es durchaus mal laut werden von draussen, da hilft Fenster schliessen, die sind recht gut isoliert. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und geräumig, In der Küche mehr vorhanden als man braucht. Immer warmes Wasser und auch Strom und Wlan war stabil. Die Betten sind sehr bequem. Man muss gut zu Fuss sein um die steilen Treppen nach……

“Leonardo and his wife are very friendly and always happy to support their guests. The house is in a good condition and provides everything a tourist could need. There is a pretty garden with a super large terrace under big trees which provides enormous space. The only thing we would recommend to improve are the lamps in the living room and the kitchen. “Excellent séjour”

“The Lullaby Room was much more than we expected! The rooms were perfect for myself, my husband and my adult daughter. We each had our own space and, with two bathrooms we were never fighting to shower or wash up! The rooms were decorated so nicely and all the necessities were provided, including bathrobes and slippers. The location was great! “This was our first time in Bari. We loved it. And a large part of those good feelings belongs to the comfort of our "Heart of Bari" apartment. The setup was lovely with lots of charming touches - juice and milk in the fridge to get us started. Our check-in with Ida couldn't have been easier or nicer. She was the best! And communication was prompt and clear via WhatsApp throughout the entire stay. We loved this place!”

“Maybe it’s lost in translation, maybe our room wasn’t correctly prepared. Expedia has among its amenities bathrobe and slippers, but there were none in the room. “The hotel is located in a nice place close to Bari. The room was clean, well equipped and warm. They upgraded us to a better room. Everything was very good and as expected for a 4 star hotel.
