“獨房獨院！屋子房間數多，有家的氛圍，還可以洗衣服等。還有和風味很濃的浴室。屬於高級飯店民宿，飯店人員平時不在現場，需要email或則電話聯絡，但是招待親切。不建議拖大行李前往，因為地點在三年/二年版道中，車子一般無法進入人行道。需要靠旅客自行上坡拖行前往。雖然距離離大馬路不遠，但是對於老人家或不便於行的旅客壓力較大。其他點，這個飯店都是無敵優良！”

“Well maintained property with high quality facilities. My family did enjoy the serenity and beauty of the surrounding and the convenience of walking distance to Gion and many places of interest.”

“The property looks exactly like the photos on the website, which is a nice little surprise. Very nice little traditional Japanese house. Location is great and you can walk the Gion neighbourhood whenever you like. You can walk to Yasaka Jinja and Shijo easily as well. The bus stop is only 100m away and Ninenzaka & Sannenzaka are only a few stops away. There is also a direct bus to Kinkakuji if you want to visit it. A couple of issues with the property. First, the check-in location is about 5km……

“The location is quite good. Since it is located near the hot spot, it is very convenience for buying and eating. The hotel is alos quite near to the bus and train station. The environment is quiet and the experience of living there is great. The staff is helpful when I am in trouble and this is a hotel that I will strongly recommended if staying in Kyoto.”

“Beautiful home with traditional furnishings. Clean and well situated. The stairs make taking luggage upstairs a little tricky as they are narrow and steep. Only hiccup was instructions for controls/ washing machine unclear. Instructional pictures provided did not match actual machine and difficult to figure out. Tried to get help from hotel for transportation upon check out but was told to get a taxi on the street. Otherwise, very cute home to stay in, nice to have a livinroom and kitchen area.……
