"The location was a 8-minute walk to the boardwalk which was nice, the bed, wifi and TV were fine. The pool was indoors, filled with screaming children and honestly looked pretty gross. The lobby appeared to be in state of remodeling and was closed at night, so there was no access to the lobby bathroom. The sign to the motel was covered in cobwebs. The outdoor seating area was in the parking lot or on the street. We were only there for one night and didn't spend much time at the motel so overall...

"Bed was comfort!ble. It was a little hard to find but once we did everyt&ing was smooth sailing. Bringing our wash cloths and hand towels was good."

"We had a great stay at the Charming Hidden Cottage. It was very clean and had all of the amenities that we needed. The communication with the host was great, and the check-in process was seamless. It's really close to Los Gatos, which is such a cute town. Would highly recommend!"

"A beautiful setting. Very clean. The grounds had so much to offer. So much better than a hotel room. We had all the amenities. The hosts set up everything so well. We had our own parking spot and felt secure as the property is gated. Bed was comfortable. Only con, wood furniture in bathroom, etc. need some updating. We did our best to take care. Would definitely stay here again."

"Zero check in instructions upon arrival, no lock on the door, and dirty bed. What a disaster! When we initially arrived on the property, we realized we were given zero check in instructions. We sat outside the front gate without the gate code to access the property. After several attempts to contact the owner we drove over to the target parking lot to investigate what was happening. "We have stayed at this property every year for last 3 years around the Christmas. We checkin in the evenings and out the next day. The best part of this place is the breakfast, not too fancy but serve decent clean place with hot breakfast egg omelette , bacons , toasts , fruits, , pastries, juices, pan cakes, potatoes, yougurt, jams, coffee, tea. It was wonderful to get an hour late checkout that makes it convenient for us to be in time(not early) to Gilroy theme park. And yeah, walking distance...
