"The overall layout of the unit is nice with bathroom for each bedroom. The beds however are not big enough for an adult couple to sleep comfortably.The living area is comfortable and big. The kitchen is well stocked and parking easy. Carpet worn and stained and couches which are vinyl torn. Dogs upstairs barked all night and when we arrived the fire alarm batteries were low and beeped. They did come to replace the next morning. "These two houses are both functional and you will have great memories. John was able to accommodate us with early check in and was there for any of our needs during our stay. Parking was a little different since the parking ordinances are changing in the front of the house which forced us to park in the alley. Dishwasher wasn't working correctly and the WiFi didn't work. We were a family of 11 and had many laughs, enjoyed the spaces and absolutely loved the sand volley ball court too."
