"Perfect location for this hotel, less than a 5 minute walk to the Duomo. The roof top is awesome, great experience. If your room faces the street, you will hear the traffic down below. The bed is super hard, same with pillows. The breakfast is excellent, great selection in the morning. Mark at the front desk was awesome, he helped us with all of our requests and questions. "Location was very important. After 9 years I went back to the hotel. Excellent breakfast. The heating system wasn’t regulated in my room which was cold on the first day. The situation was fixed on the following day my the damage was done. I am still dealing with my cold."
