"House Was great, fully stocked and close to everything. Wonderful visit to Biltmore estate.Better than expected!"

"We really enjoyed our stay! I came to town with my 17 yr old son and 3 yr old daughter to view UNC Asheville. The property was the perfect location! Close to campus for the tour and everything else we wanted to do. Short drive to the Western North Carolina Nature Center, which we loved visiting! Perfect spot for our family trip. We hope to be back!"

"Rooms and beds very comfortable, well appointed home. We couldn’t get hot tub to heat up but were only there for a short stay. Would definitely stay again. "

"I would give this property 20 stars if I could. It is absolutely beautiful. The view is amazing and never gets old. The kitchen is well stocked. Everything was super clean. This was a very comfortable place to stay. The location was good for us. We did a lot of hiking so some days we had a longer drive than others. It was always nice to come back, relax, put something on the grill for dinner and enjoy a glass of wine. Barbara's communication was great. Directions and check in/out was...

"This property suited us perfectly on our trip to Western NC to visit the different colleges in the area. It had plenty of beds and space to relax, and was located within easy distance of the colleges we visited. Driveway is steep, but not terrible.Host/Manager was very responsive to us when we had issues, some of which were self-inflicted. Would stay here again if the need arises. "

"This house had everything, and it was clean and super-comfortable! Upstairs you have a modern kitchen, living room with reclining sofa, bedroom with king bed, walk-in closet with washer and dryer, and bathroom with shower. Downstairs is similar, but with a smaller kitchen and tub/shower. A wrap-around deck provides gorgeous views."

"Delightful property next to downtown and arts areas. Walkable and easy drive to those locations as well! Mary was a warm host who made for easy check-in and check out. Intimate bedroom with beautiful bathroom which made our stay enjoyable. Would definitely stay again!"

"We had a lovely stay with our dog. We explored the city, having dinner at one of the many local restaurants. So many choices! Monica’s place was perfect for morning coffee on the breezy porch and evening respite with a fire. The hot tub was an extra treat for unwinding before bed. We could have brought our adult kids as there were plenty of space. The house was fully stocked with anything you might need, including all things for cooking. We enjoyed everything. "

Fire place and coffee pot didn’t work first day, maintenance came and fixed but we only had one day left, so that was a bummer. Towels in master bath must have been new and not washed, they left lint all over our bodies… BUT overall, great house, location was semi-decent. Would probably stay again. "
