"This property appears to have remodeled and non remodeled apartments. Apt 9 is not remodeled and on the third floor ( no elevator). The bath and bedroom ceilings slope and are dangerous for anyone over 6’. They claim it has three twin beds but it’s really two twins and a cot. This apt comes with no hand soap ( I’ve stayed in hotels in Cambodia and Laos that provide hand soap), no dish soap, no sponge or dish towel to clean dishes ( kitchen did have one hand towel. "This place is about 20 minutes from city center, not far from the lake. There is a Lidi supermarket at the ground floor. Watch out - the room lacks some of the basic necessities, not even a box of tissues. The electric stove does not work in the room, so we just eat out. We have been to a few different hotels and apartments in Switzerland during our trip. so far this is the worst place we have been to. "

"Overall, the stay was great. It’s a beautiful hotel with well kept facilities. The pool and spa are great. The breakfast is wonderful! We had only one complaint: the shuttle to the train station. Upon check out we were asked if we wanted to use it and said yes. It was scheduled to leave 10 minutes later and no one showed up to drive the van.
