「Everything was spotlessly clean and contact with email hotel manager was very quick regarding a few concerns that we came across.Everything was solved in quick and professional manner. Although, on the day of our check out, the cleaning crew started to knock to our doors from 7AM, and after that 3 more times and at 9AM they entered the room while we still were sleeping. I understand they they want to clean but check out it’s at 11AM. In the United States it’s just unacceptable to do that.」

「We enjoyed our stay at the house boat, great location and easy to access all of Hamburgs sights on foot or on the s-Bahn with a station down the road. The houseboat is spacious, and we were greeted by Karsten who gave us a very thorough induction to everything we needed to know during our stay. Roof top was lovely in good weather. Stairs up and down are very steep so would advise caution to anyone with young children. Thanks for a great stay - we loved Hamburg and would love to return!」
