「The wifi seems inaccessible without a "Turkish ID" number. The staff was more than willing to provide one, but the new system may need a sustainable option for yabancı guests. 「The reception staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. We arrived after 10 pm on the first night and the restaurant manager arranged for food to be prepared for us even though the restaurant was closed. We were then escorted to our rooms and they carried our luggage. When i couldn't change currency at any of the local banks, the hotel receptionist very kindly assisted me. The customer care and professionalism of the staff is first rate. 」

「Very nice hotel. Clean, new and room is spacious. The rooms are designed on circular floor, so you may still need to take your luggages up a few steps to reach your room after using the elevator. But that's not a big problem. Parking is convenient. Shopping mall just next to it which is very convenient for dinner and some shopping. 」

「holiday inn ankara Cukumramba 位於Cukumramba區，是Ankara比較新的城區，除了餐廳水煙館外，附近也有一間Micros超市相當方便。 飯店Check in的速度相當快，考慮到我的班機比較晚，經理也提供了4pm late check out 的協助，房間乾淨而舒適，是一次相當愉快的入住體驗。」
